Leave a gift in your will
CancerCare have been supporting families affected by cancer across North Lancashire & South Cumbria for over 35 years. A gift in your Will can help make sure that support will be there for future generations of our local community facing the impact of cancer.
Of course, we understand that when making a Will, the needs of your family and loved ones will always come first. However, once you’ve looked after those closest to you, leaving a gift to CancerCare could make an amazing difference to the lives of many more people; people in our community whose lives are affected by cancer.
You can pledge any sum of money or a small percentage in your Will – even a gift of 1% will make a real difference.

OUR PARTNER SOLICITORS ARE:
Making a Will is one of the most important things you can do to ensure that your wishes are carried out and that your loved ones are provided for in the future. In partnership with a number of local solicitors, we want to provide our supporters with the chance to write or amend a Will, while also supporting CancerCare’s continuing work helping local families affected by cancer.
We have partnered with local solicitors who have generously offered their services free of charge. Instead of paying the solicitors’ fees, you are invited to make a suggested donation to CancerCare of: £150 for a basic single Will £200 for a pair of mirror Wills.
If you wish to discuss any complex matters, a fee can be agreed between yourself and your solicitor outside of the CancerCare Will Writing Service. While there is no obligation to leave a gift in your Will to CancerCare when making use of our Will Writing Service, we would be extremely grateful if this is something you would consider.
