Fantastic Fundraising at Kendal Cheese and Wine Night

On a chilly Friday evening at Kendal Rugby Union Football Club, over 50 potential new Oz Clarkes and Jilly Coopers arrived for fantastic evening of wine and cheese, a big thank you to all for helping to raise well over £1000.

A massive thank you goes out to our supporter and host for the evening Andrew Trueman from Grape Expert Tasting and Majestic Wine Kendal, who had expertly chosen 6 incredible wines for our budding experts to taste.  As well as teaching them everything from acidity to tannins and a wonderful wine quiz in a fun filled evening.  A special thanks also goes to Chef Chris for the amazing selection of cheeses to accompany the wines on the night.
