Storm Desmond: Support for clients

Information for CancerCare clients following aftermath of Storm Desmond

- Both CancerCare’s Slynedales Centre in Lancaster and Lakes Centre in Kendal are open as usual for appointments

- Any clients who don’t have an appointment but are feeling distressed are welcome to pop in to either centre for a brew and a chat if it is safe to do so. If you'd like to speak to a member of the CancerCare team call us on 01524 381 820.

- If you are feeling low or in distress and unable to travel, speak to a friend, family member or neighbour. If not, there are a number of support lines available including: The Samaritans: Tel. 116 123  |  Cancer Research Nurses: Tel 0808 800 4040
