'No Words': Mindful Journalling with Jill Hellier

Get cosy with a warm drink, a notebook and explore mindful journalling. The past 8 months have been challenging for us all. Writing is a way to give a voice to feelings which may be difficult to express aloud. It can help to process feelings and clarify thoughts during times of stress or reflection.

This is a six week course, one hour per week, delivered via Zoom starting at 7pm on Wednesday 28th October. The cost of the course is £30 and all funds raised are donated to CancerCare. Each participant will receive a free notebook and pen. No previous experience necessary and everyone welcome. Places are limited so please book early to avoid missing out.
