The current situation we are in is challenging for us all and writing is a way to give a voice to feelings which may be difficult to express out loud.
Mindful journalling can help people to process feelings and clarify thoughts during times of stress or reflection.
Our new six week course with experienced creative writer Jill Hellier begins on 20 January with each hour-long session delivered via Zoom. No previous experience necessary and everyone is welcome.
