Lockdown Drop-in: Cookery Night

Chatting while we chop!

The second of our Lockdown Drop-in online socials will see our engagement officers Sarah and Rachel showing off their cracking culinary skills in the kitchen with a special soup-making demonstration.

Come along for an hour of company with some friendly faces. No pressure to contribute - we'd love just to have you there.

Cauliflower Cheese Soup

Olive oil for frying

1 onion diced.

2 Garlic cloves crushed.

Sprinkle of Thyme

1 whole cauliflower

500ml milk

200ml veg stock

150g cheddar

20g Parmesan ( optional)

1 tsp Dijon Mustard

Worcestershire sauce (optional)

Bacon lardons for an optional topping  (optional)
