Aromatherapy is the therapeutic use of essential oils extracted from aromatic plants, flowers, fruits, herbs, grasses and trees to promote relaxation, relieve symptoms and improve general well-being.

aromatherapyCancerCare’s experienced team of Aromatherapists are all trained to work with people with cancer and tailor each individual client’s needs by choosing the oils that they feel can best help & manage their symptoms.
When you have an Aromatherapy Massage essential oils are added to the massage oil. They both smell lovely and are absorbed through the skin. There are around 400 different oils each said to have a different healing property:

Chamomile, Lavender, Geranium - Calming
Ylang Ylang, Clary Cage, Rose, Neroli - Uplifting
Rosemary - Energizing
Rosemary - Cleansing
Eucalyptus, Pine, Tea Tree – Decongesting
