CancerCare's team of fundraisers have raised over £5,000  for the local charity who work with families affected by the impact cancer in North Lancashire, South Lakeland and the Furness peninsular.

CancerCare’s Head of Income Generation Anna Jackson said: “It was a wonderful day with perfect weather, and the atmosphere was amazing. One team of walkers, colleagues from the Halifax in Kendal, raised over £1,000 in sponsorship for CancerCare, which is fantastic. Well done to everyone who took part for us."
