We offer a range of psychological, complementary and creative therapies, as well as social group activities.

You can find out more about our therapies, and ask for a referral, either from a health professional working with you (for instance your GP, Nurse, or consultant), or by contacting us directly.

The Cross Bay - Run and Walk across Morecambe Bay

CancerCare's Cross Bay Challenge 2008

Mother Nature may have won the day, but over 550 people hit the bay on Sunday 10th August, travelling across its wind swept sands. This year it wasn't just the distance that was challenging, but 30mph winds which made the event harder than it has ever been.

Each year CancerCare supports over 1500 people - patients, families and carers - at its two main centres at Slynedales, Lancaster and the Lakes Centre, Kendal.

In addition, we support numerous people at our Friendship Groups around the area, with information and advice and with other practical services.
