Puma Lakeland Trails - Coniston Trail & Challenge

Saturday, October 2, 2010 (All day)

Lakeland Trails are some of the most scenic and inspiring running and walking events in the UK, for all ages and abilities, held within the iconic landscape of the Lake District National Park. A festive, family-friendly, carnival atmosphere awaits you at every venue.

Starting and finishing at John Ruskin School in Coniston village, the 15km circuit along well marked and marshalled footpaths and bridleways takes in panoramic views of Lake Coniston and the surrounding peaks of the Old Man, Swirl How, Wetherlam and Dow Crags. Underfoot conditions are generally good for those used to off road running, although there is one short 200m section after approx 4km which only agile mountain goats will be able to run.

We have GUARANTEED places in this event, please get in touch if you'd like to join our runnning team....
